Scarce limited first edition with a print run of 105, of which this is  number 96. A note from the author beneath the number says “presented to James Scott”. Binding is loose at the gutters to the endpapers and the covers are worn and marked. A Good- copy only.

Extensively annotated in a neat hand in ink by a knowledgeable previous owner (probably the James Scott to whom this was presented) with details of errors and updates with additional information.
