Scarce account of the men who fought in World War 1 from the Dumbartonshire area.Extensively annotated in pencil to note deaths, company etc. with a few deletions (corrections I assume) in red pen. Authorship unattributed but the annotater has noted this as Lieut. Col. F. Rorke in pencil on the title page. Covers lightly marked. Laid in is an update for WW2 – a 4 page typescript with a ‘Nominal roll of officers joining and leaving 54th LAA regiment 1938 to March 1946’, including notes of KIA. A Good copy of a very scarce item.
