Gaelic-English dictionary, based on his native dialect of Arisaig by the primary translator of the 19th century. Small format (4.5″ x 3″) vii, 402pp plus errata. Name to fep with date of 1862. A few small annotations (additional words) in contemporary neat ink. Rebound in green cloth with gilt titles. Although dated 1862 the JISC academic catalogue suggests this is a misprint for 1842. VG
