Poetry. Abercrombie was at the heart of the Dymock Poets (part of the Georgian Poets) and a strong figure in literature and literature studies in the years following WW1. Early pages and page edges have some foxing otherwise VG. Signed, with a four line poem, to the front free endpaper and a further 4 lines (in Italian) to the dedication page (dedicated to hi wife so quite probably this was her copy)
