Signed by the author with a gift inscription to ‘Elaine’ (I believe this may be the Scottish actress Elaine C Smith who performed at the Lemon Tree theatre in Aberdeen where the Granite Noir festival is stage – see my other Macbride title signed to elaine at the Lemon Tree).
