Very scarce collection of Young’s poetry published during WW2, during his interment after his trial. His first published collection. With a foreword by Hugh MacDiarmid. This copy signed with a gift inscription in Scots by Young to Schir (Sir) D’Arcy Thompson the Scottish pioneer of Bio-mathematics. A few handling marks internally otherwise VG in Good jacket which has some feathering to edges and closed tears to the foot, repaired internally with old tape.
