Description
Two volumes bound as one. Title of the Artillery volume uncut. 44pp and 16pp plus adverts. Coffee or tea stain affecting upper half of the cover and the early pages, fading out at page 17. Stain also affects two letters laid in. The first dated 1935 to “My dear General” appears to be from a tour in Egypt in 1935 and refers to a re-union dinner and meeting with the Sudanese army and is from L.C. Cameron. The second is to General Cameron, 1944 referring to Dunkirk and enclosing a book (presumably this) with reference to advice the General had given to the letter writer re. how to write military orders.
A scarce and unique item.
Other than the staining, in VG condition.
